  1. Ah-ha! Thats clever. Yep, will give that a go. Thank you very much all of you for your replies and help. Much appreciated.
  2. Hi, My mistake, just needed to say I am using Affinty Photo not Designer. Any suggestions? Thanks.
  3. Hi, I have just tried it. With select tool, select the line, then went to brush (also selected brush in stroke) and it wont convert to the brush stroke. I am new to this, so bare with my incompetence. Is there something that would stop the pen line changing? A button I haven't pressed, so setting?
  4. Hi, I used the pen tool to create a drawing with curves and lines. Once completed, I realised that it would look better if the lines were brushes. Looking more like pencil lines rather than hard edge pen tool lines. Is there any way of converting all the lines to brush style quickly? I odnt want to draw everything in brush tools. Thanks
  5. Hi, Need a bit of help. I used the pen tool to create various lines and curves. Now I realise that he pen tool gives a hard edge and I need to make it look like a pencil line, so thought I should use the brush tool. But I cant seem to convert the lines into a brush. Is there a way of doing this easily or will i have to draw the entire thing out again in brush tool?

  6. Thanks for that. As I'm not really up to speed on these kind of apps, but what is a selected handle? Is it the area that i can select through the various tools? I'm assuming it is. But not sure. The handle is the presumably the division between the two? I got what I wanted-bemuse I was able blur the edges of a line drawing, so resolving alias ing issues I was having. Thanks again for your help.
  7. Hi, I'm doing some graphics work on old wood etches. I get that fuzzing when animated through a monitor. Usually in Photoshop I blur fields and get rid of it that way. I thought that Field Blur on Affinity Photo is the same, but I'm trying too work out what the controls mean- 'selected power handle, global, etc....' Is there somewhere notes and info on how best to use the filter? I'm not that experienced in this kind of work, so would like to know more! Thanks
