I have loaded your file to a USB and printed the image on a Kodak kiosk running the latest software version without issue. However it could be that the stores you have tried, are running very old kiosk software which may not be able to display the image (due to the change applied by photo manipulation s/w) . This was fixed in later versions of the kiosk software.
Given your location there is an outlet called Cyber Montgo, Av/Del Montgo No16, Denia Alicante, that should have equipment with the correct software to print.
