They do cover the basic interface and core skills but primarily professional users of the apps take the reader through the processes that they use themselves.   6. Hi , welcome the Affinity forum. The workbooks specifically focus primarily on the desktop apps. The techniques are relevant to the iPad versions but we don't market the books as suitable for iPad users, as they can't bring in the downloadable resources needed to follow along with the projects.

If your Affinity app purchase was made through the Microsoft Store it is tied to you Microsoft Store account/ID, and will also not require a Product Key. If you need to install it again, run the Microsoft Store ensuring that you are signed in with the same account/credentials used to complete the purchase and the button which usually says "Buy" should instead say "Install", click on it to begin the installation of the program.

If your Affinity app purchase was made through the Microsoft Store it is tied to you Microsoft Store account/ID, and will also not require a Product Key. If you need to install it again, run the Microsoft Store ensuring that you are signed in with the same account/credentials used to complete the purchase and the button which usually says "Buy" should instead say "Install", click on it to begin the installation of the program. If you are still only seeing the Buy option, then we would encourage you to contact the Microsoft Store customer service team for assistance accessing your Microsoft Store purchase.
  9. Hi @Maurizio Scarascia, welcome to the Affinity forum. When you purchase any Affinity digital product direct from the Affinity Store, a Product Key will be generated on order completion as part of your order receipt. It will also be sent to you via email. If you want to pick up your Product keys at a later date you can sign in to your Affinity Account. The Downloads & Keys page will display your products for download along with their email/product key combinations needed to complete each product’s installation.

  11. Hi @Posturally, welcome to the Affinity forum. 1. If you are using the trial, you will see the screen below when you start the program (the "Days Left" may show a different amount of days). If you are using the paid version it will open up the app without showing the below options. 2. Please see this help topic for assistance with registering the apps. 3. Our apps are bought to own without any monthly or annual payments.
  12. Hi @Michal Doležal, welcome to the Affinity forum. We do indeed have business plans and you can find out more here. Our apps can be used commercially irrespective of whether the licences are purchased as part of a business licence or privately. Our iPad apps however can only be purchased directly from Apple, so any Affinity for iPad licence purchase would be linked to the Apple ID through which it is purchased with. This would mean that if you bought one of the iPad apps, it would belong to the own of the Apple ID. The Windows desktop app licences that can be bought through our site are also linked to the email address used at purchase, so if you intend for the business to own the licence, I would advise purchasing it yourselves and then installing on the employees device with the email address/product key combination.

  14. Hi Mario, This depends whether the children are using Windows and live in the same home as you, or using Mac and/or do not live with you. If they live in the same home as you then technically the PC's belong to the household, and you can use your licence on other Windows computers in the home. If they live separately from you or they are using Mac then additional licences would be required.

  16. I have been unable to locate any purchases using that email address either and we do not send out any physical software. At this point it is probably best if you contact affinity@serif.com with as much details as you can about the order, the most important one being the order number. Getting that from the computer shop that you made the purchase from will be a huge help.
  17. Hi @Andreadou Evaggelia, Can you please clarify which product you have purchased and through which store it was purchased? I've not been able to locate any purchases made through our own site registered to your name or email address.

The only possible cause of this issue would be an incorrect password, and although you are certain it is not the password, it is worth going through the password reset process. To login to your account, please head to the Affinity website and enter your email address along with your password within the relevant fields, and then click Sign In. If you’re unsure of your password, please select the Forgot Password? option and enter your email address. Then select the Reset Password option. This will send you an email to the email address previously specified for you to reset; follow the steps within this email. If you continue to have issues, please contact affinity@serif.com.
  19. Hi @Nazirul Hafiz, welcome to the Affinity forum. An invoice can be created for any Affinity Store purchase from with your Affinity Store account after purchase. On your account homepage, click “Order history” and locate the order you wish to generate a VAT receipt for. Click “View VAT Receipt” and enter your details, click “Create VAT receipt” and a PDF VAT receipt will be generated.

Having looked at the Event log on your account, it appears that you were not seeing the reCaptcha appear when attempting to sign in as as you registered a reCaptcha score of -1. Can I suggest turning off any adblockers and trying again. It may also help to try a different browser entirely.
  23. Hi @Redi, welcome to the Affinity forum. We do not have any accounts registered in our store under the email address you are using here on the forum. My instinct is that you bought our apps from either the Mac App Store or the Microsoft Store and if that is the case, you can download the apps again from the respective store. If you did purchase from our store, please contact affinity@serif.com with your order number can we can take another look at this for you.

  25. Hi @vitamanic, Serif software is platform specific. If you wish to use Serif Software on both Mac and Windows platforms, you must purchase a license for each. Our software licences are not transferable and you would need to purchase a separate macOS licence to install on macOS devices. Each version is sold separately and each has its own licenses.
