  1. I am using synology drive (I am not 100% sure that the issue is with using a cloud drive, its just an assumption based on previous threads regarding this topic). I ended up rebuilding everything without embedding the images and outside of the drive folder for now so no need to recover anything. Is there an official bug tracker for this issue? Thank you!
  2. Hello, I lost a whole day of work due to affinity publisher corrupting the file for no reason. I work on a cloud drive (i.e. local copy synced to a cloud) which is a very normal thing to do. Apparently not for affinity files which I only found out about after researching the issue. All versions in my cloud are corrupted so I have no meaningful way of recovering it. How is this not a priority to be fixed? Every sane person backs up files, if your file format can't accommodate that without corrupting itself, then that is quite frankly some very poor engineering. There should be a HUGE warning for this issue. Sorry about ranting but this is very frustrating! What can I do to recover the file? What are the steps to fix it (I'd like to know how to do it myself)? I can provide a link to the file for someone to give it a try but wont post it here because the file contains personal information. Please let me know, thanks!
  3. Hi, I am not sure if this is possible, yet so I post it here rather than in feature request right now. One of the things when drawing with a tablet, that I miss coming from illustrator is the following: When you use the pencil tool in Illustrator to draw shapes with a tablet/mouse and come back to the starting point (or in very close proximity to it), the path auto closes, which is the desired behavior in my opinion. When you have a shape selected and trace close to its curve with the pencil tool, you don't draw a new shape (as you do in Affinity Designer right now) but instead modulate/shape the existing selected path. This is awesome because it allows you to simply redraw/change sections of a path using your tablet (very useful if you do hand drawn style illustrations). Are any of these features already there and I just missed them? Thanks!
  4. Is the handle snapping coming anytime soon? Its super crucial for many workflows such as logo and type design.
