Making cad visuals look as realistic as poss

Visuals by design posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

Hi all, I am new to Affinity Photo, has anyone got any advice on how I can Make my cad visuals attached look more realistic with this software, what would I use to make adjustments? Thank you in advance.
