I have the same problem. The saturation and contrast of the colours is very low. My OS is Catalina and that does not support the Z5 raw files. I use Adobe Bridge as file manager. That shows the colours of the Z5 raw file correctly. For the time being, when I edit a Z5 raw file, I turn on the saturation and vibrance to 50% to get the colours back. In most of the cases they resemble the original ones, so that works for me. I then play around with the other settings.

I have bought and downloaded the app from the site and everything works fine now! Both Topaz plugins work flawlessly, as well as all the Nik Collection plugins! It is well worth the 27 EUR, considering I have the Affinity Photo app for more than five years and never had to pay for an update. So I'm a happy customer! Always have been, but now even more PS to be on the safe side I deleted the App-store version entirely from my iMac (using a third party software).

A month ago I downloaded the APhoto beta consumer 1.9.. I installed Topaz Denoise and Topaz Sharpen as plugin, and they worked perfectly! However, now I have downloaded the final 1.9 version through the Apple store update, and they don't work anymore. How come they worked in the betaversion and not in the final one? I don't mind buying it again from your website, but I'd like to be sure that it will work. Can you confirm that? Best regards Jasmine De Beuckelaer

I have the same problem. I use all three programs installed on my iMac. In another post of 2019 your colleague Chris suggested to affiliate the files to Affinity photo in the "get info" section. If one opens the file after right click with "Open..." Affinity Photo opens the file, but if one tries to open the file with "Open with... Affinity Photo" the file is again opened by Publisher. Dito if you try to open it with Designer. It happens with JPEG files AND raw files - I have tried NEF and NRW files of Nikon and RAF files of Fuji. hello Chris The problem still occurs both with JPEG and Raw files. The solution you indicate is only partly. It works only if you right click and choose "Open...." If I choose "Open with... Affinity Photo 1.8.3." Publisher still opens the file. Also if I choose "Open with... Affinity Designer" Publisher opens the file. I don't mind putting the default for my raw files to Affinity Photo, but it is not very practical for the JPEG's. PS Great job with the noise reduction in 1.8.!!!

It's simple. Just export your pages file to pdf and open the pdf.

When working a while with the program, coloured blocks appear on the screen. I have to save the file (which is fine afterwards) and restart the program.

To MEB, I don't mind taking part in the beta version. I did that also with the Photo beta.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it summer now?
