[work space vs navigator colors [Affinity Designer]]

hi everyone, i am a bit lost with colors. when i create a new doc for print, i set it on "CMYK" and i use "ISO Coated V2 300%" as color profil (i'm french).

ok, then i do my job but when it comes to export it for print something is wrong. in PDF format (with print settings by default) colors of this PDF file match with my navigator color but not with my work space color in Affinity Designer (in EPS there is the same problem of match than in Aff format). so maybe i'm missing something but to start, why colors of my work space and those of the navigator side window don't match ?
