GrosseFreiheit got a reaction from Cealcrest in Global Colors
    Hi,
is there an option to set global colors on the iPad?
I use this option extensively in the desktop version. I really miss this on the iPad ... and hope I just didn‘t find it yet.
    Thanks,
    Georg

GrosseFreiheit got a reaction from Rudolphus in "linked" colors?
I'm working a lot with different color schemes.
Therefore I'm looking for a possibility of "linking" several colors together. Linked colors would simply keep their relative position to each other on the color-circle. This would be useful to keep complementary colors, for example.
I'd think this might be a great option, particularly for global colors.
I just wonder, if its already implemented and I just didn't find the functionality.
If there is no such option ... maybe this topic can be moved to suggestions? ;)
(My naive mind suggests, this may be a relatively easy thing to implement.)

The Live Perspective filter is available from the menu Layer > New Live Filter Layer > Distort > Perspective or through the Live Filter icon on the bottom of the Layers panel (Affinity Photo). After you add the live filter in Photo you can switch back to Designer and still adjust the filter settings double-clicking its thumbnail in the layers panel. To switch the document between the apps go to menu File > Edit in Photo... or File > Edit in Designer... depending on the app you are in.

I'd say in an urgent (and also a little desperate) need for a publishing alternative.

I for myself cannot wait to move on to Publisher and I hope it will keep up the standards of Designer and Photo.
The import capabilities will have nothing to do with this. (ID didn't import Quark files properly 10 years ago)
I really hope it will be this summer.
    Till then:

well for me designer and photo had from the start what I could call essentials, everything I requested afterwards (some of which are already implemented) it was mostly for my easy of use.
It is not like I couldn't get the job done, it was just that I could do it easier with some tweaks here and there (like the search box like fnt menu).
So I believe that when publisher will be out, it will have enough to get the job done and from there on it will be mostly additions to make the job easier.
