Hi,

 

I have Affinity Designer on my notebook but it is currently experiencing some technical issues. I am now working on my desktop machine and I was wondering if I am able to use my licence on this machine?

This could become a permanent thing if the 'issues' persist.

Hi all,

 

I was working on an illustration on Friday and when I went home everything seemed fine.

Monday has hastily arrived and the file in question will not open, I keep getting the message:

 

The file appears to be corrupted.

 

One of my colleagues uses Adobe Illustrator and may have changed the file extension which may be a cause.

 

Also, compared to other files in the folder (which all open fine), this one seems rather large.

 

Hopefully there is a simple fix, thanks for reading!
