Same here (Fuji). Affinity is much slower than other apps.

I'm not sure I understand, will the fast picture viewer codec speed up loading times in affinity? -

Hi all! I'm pretty much a newbie at photography (got my first camera last month) and photo editing. I know I'm just scratching the surface of what's possible, but I'm really enjoying Affinity Photo!
