[Scan for Affinity Photo Windows]

Based on Pinfano's response, I am very disappointed with the new Affinity Photo application.  I cannot be productive without scanner support built in to the application. 

 

I also find it hard to understand that with all of the programming skill tat went in to bringing Affinity Photo tp production, that TWAIN support is too difficult to add.

 

Hopefully, this is a one-off.  I have been buying and using Serif products since day one, and have never been disappointed.  Affinity needs to keep the quality high, and meet customer expectations.

[Starting a new Affinity Photo project from a scanned image]

Today is the first time I tried to use Affinity Photo to bring in a new project directly from my scanner.  I do not see any options for doing that.  I went to Help, Getting Started, Scanning, but there is no text for the subject.

 

I will be real surprised, and disappointed, if Affinity Photo does not offer the ability to import a photo directly from a scanner.
