there seems to be a fault with cropping & saving; the outcome is not saved and or are cropped, i am shore you are aware

I get the other tool adjustments save for dragging up or down to soften or enlarge the tool where is the instruction philipnadin@livre.co.uk

i am working in windows, your explanatory videos are very useful, but "J" tool does not appear in the tool set nor does the short-cut operate, is this a known problem?
