[How to create "Polaroid" frame.]

Hello,

 

I have many photos of employees that I need to crop to a head shot pose and I would like to make them all look like they are on a Polaroid picture (white frame border).  

 

Is there a way that this can be done where once it is created it can be saved and applied to the other photos as I open them so they all look consistent.  I am trying to avoid having the crop each photo individually to get the same look.
