  1. Hi Lee, I know about the lensfun library and I worked with the manual adjustments, but it is a little bit annoying and doesn't get me to a proper solution. I still have waves in straight lines, so maybe it is a problem in my workflow. As I described before in Darktable it isn't a problem, the difference is, or my problem now is, Affinity Photo isn't free and it doesn't work, Darktable is opensource and it works. I know, Affinity Photo is a great peace of software and you are working hard on it, but it isn't useful for me at the moment, if it doesn't work properly with my camera or it's lens...?! So, what I meant, the profile for the G7X is nearly the same as the of the G7X Mark II, I wanted to know, if there is a way to create and copy the profile of the G7X to that of the G7X Mark II to work with until the profile is added to the lensfun-list.
  2. Hi, I'm looking for a solution the whole morning, but didn't find anything. Is there any chance to copy the lens-profile of the Canon G7X to the Canon G7X Mark II until there is a profile that works properly or until the camera is in the lensfun-list? This idea works in Darktable perfectly, where I can manually switch to the lens profile of the G7X, but I didn't find a solution for Affinity Photo. Maybe someone has a solution and could help me out. Take care Philipp
  3. Ah ok, my Camera still isn't listed there (Canon Powershot G7 X Mark II), so I'm ok with it to make it manually until it will be listed hopefully. Can I update the Lensfun-list anywhere, if my camera model or lens appears in the list?
  4. Hi, thank you for your reply and welcome, I just think about to buy Designer as well but I'm still waiting for a discount, because I'll use it just for 'playing and not as professional. I found this solution already you wrote about. Maybe as an idea for future versions to think about an easier way to save the preset. Except a button I have no idea too. Ok, 'Save Preset' in the dropdown has the same function as 'Add Preset' with the same 'filename'. It just disturbs at the first time while making a preset. Second question.. are there any plans to implement 'ready to use'-default presets for different cameras? Or do we have to make our own presets for each camera? I didn't find anything about it, neither in the forum, nor the web.
  5. Hi, I'm a beginner and just working with RAW in the Develop Persona. My search here in the forum gave me no results, so I try to explain my wish. While searching for a solution for camera profiles and their lenses I gave up and tried to create a preset for my Canon G7 X II. After some changes I had to create a new preset with the same name to save the preset. So could you create a button or anything to save the preset quickly? Or is there any other solution which I don't know? Thank you for your support and sorry for my english. Philipp Germany
