  1. @Matterdor The V1 software is permanently linked to the email you use when you buy it. It would not be possible to move licenses across accounts I'm afraid.
  2. @tsudatomo @blackjackroberts Based on the email addresses linked to your forum accounts, I can see you have both successfully registered your software previously. If you click off the registration screen you'll be able to continue working with the software. Our developers are aware of this bug and have plans to fix it in a future update.

  6. @vi klein You will need to register from within Affinity Photo as that was the program you ordered the full license from. You will not be able to register from the other two programs. When you open the software after buying it you will get a screen offering you the option to create a new account or to sign into an existing account. If you already have an Affinity Store account click that option, if not click to create a new account and follow the process to get your new account set up. Once this is completed your license will be unlocked and linked to your Affinity Store account. You will now be able to use the other two apps as well as the other operating systems. Now that you've registered you can sign into your Affinity Store account in a separate step. Doing this gives you access to any bonus content you may have bought for V1 on your Affinity Store account. If you don't get the registration option when you load the program, please see this post for troubleshooting advise.

  12. @donnaatkinson V2 apps do not need a product key for installation. They are now activated online using your Affinity Store account details. You can find out more here. If you're looking for V1 keys, sign into your Affinity Store account here and you can access your V1 order from the 'downloads and product keys' section of your account.

  19. @JayantaDas @yhloon This tends to be an issue with older unsupported we browsers, most frequently Safari. Can I suggest making sur that your browser is up to date or trying again with a different browser?

  21. @101 Sorry, we would not accept this payment method I'm afraid. We can take payment by credit/debit card or Paypal. The other option would be to pay through Apple or Microsoft by downloading the free version on their store and then buying as an in app purchase.
