Looking to contact customer service
SFurniss replied to Kooks 345's topic in Customer Service, Accounts and Purchasing
@Kooks 345 Welcome to the forums. We've edited your post for security reasons to remove your personal information from public view. You can view our system requirements here. https://affinity.serif.com/photo/full-feature-list/ If you are upgrading from V1, the discounted price of the Universal license would be £89.99. If this is the first time you have bought an Affinity program, the current discounted price for a Universal license would be would be £119.99. -
@nyc You would need to buy a separate Windows version to install on Windows or a Mac version to install on the Mac. Each version is purchased independently and each has its own licenses. The same is true for the iPad apps. You can install the Windows version on as many PCs as you personally control. Likewise the Mac version can be installed on as many Macs as you control. The same is again true for the iPad apps. We also offer a universal license. This allows you to buy all three programs for all three operating systems. You can find our more here. https://affinity.serif.com/ Your V1 installation is completely separate from V2. It will not be effected in any way. It is worth mentioning that you can move all V1 work into V2, it's not backwards compatible though, so V2 files won't open in V1

@The_Snooze Thanks for the suggestion. I'll pass it on to our website team. -

I can not found my account
SFurniss replied to Mandy013's topic in Customer Service, Accounts and Purchasing
@Mandy013 Welcome to the forums. For your protection we've edited your post to remove your Apple invoice as it contained your personal information. The V1 iPad/Mac versions have been removed from the Store, but if you've bought them previously they'll still be within your applications and you can still access them from your account. Here's an article with more information. https://support.apple.com/HT211841 -
Upgrade discount for single app
SFurniss replied to howy's topic in Customer Service, Accounts and Purchasing
@howy We don't have any discounts on individual apps planned in the near future, but if you keep an eye on our social media pages, we would keep you updated on any news when we do have it. If you receive our emails, we would also let you know there of any future offers. -

@Georgy Roy We've removed one of your screenshots for your security as it contained your email address. It sounds like you need to activate your license with us. Here's an article talking you through license activation for the iPad. https://affinity.serif.com/en-gb/learn/affinity-licensing-registration-and-activation-guide-ipad-app-store/ From what you've described, it sounds like the iPad app may not be recognising that you've bought it. As a result you're not seeing the option to create an Affinity Store account within the app. Please see Dan C's post here for various steps you can take if that's the case.

Upgrade to Version 2 from App Store?
SFurniss replied to PepGold's topic in Customer Service, Accounts and Purchasing
@belief-begin-conjoin You just need to have bought or registered one of your V1 products with us to be eligible for the upgrade. You can find out more here. https://affinity.serif.com/store/upgrade-offer/ -
@martin hanus From what I've found by searching your account under the email linked to your forum account, I assume you are referring to a V1 Windows license? If so, here's link explaining how to remove a program from a Windows device. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uninstall-or-remove-apps-and-programs-in-windows-4b55f974-2cc6-2d2b-d092-5905080eaf98#:~:text=In search on the taskbar, select Uninstall or Uninstall%2FChange.

@PintOfHarp There is no need to de-register software in the way you suggest, your license will allow you to install on as many machines of the OS type you bought as you personally control. I assume you are referring to V1 licenses, if so, you can move all V1 work into V2, it's not backwards compatible though, so V2 files won't open in V1.
