@debbru The iPad apps are sold exclusively via Apple. You would download the free app and then buy the full version as an in-app purchase.

offline activation for V2?

@nitro912gr You do need to be online to activate the apps. There are no plans to change how the V2 apps are activated. Nothing will change with your V2 licenses following today's news. As an Affinity user you will be able to continue to use your apps in perpetuity as they were originally purchased – with plenty of free updates to V2 still to look forward to! -
@Carlos Beta Welcome to the forums. If you set your account as a business account you will be given the option to add tax details when you get to the payment section of your account. Please make sure all details are correct and you are happy with the address, tax information, and amount you are being charged before completing the payment as these details cannot be changed later.

@kisarnold It would not be possible to use the Affinity apps across different email addresses. Can I suggest emailing affinity@serif.com so we can look into what we can do to resolve this for you.

No paypal payment option

@ShangZhou Payment options will vary from country to country I'm afraid. It sounds like Paypal may not be an option in your country. The store will only show available options for your location. -

@alancrab Welcome to the forums. I can see you have an Affinity Store account under the email address linked to your forum account. If you sign into your Affinity Store account here you can access your previous orders from the 'downloads and product keys' section of your account. -

@marian_p I've edited your post to remove the order number. We don't bundle any software with our apps. The only item on your order is the program itself. It sounds like you signed up for a trial elsewhere I'm afraid. -

@marian_p Welcome to the forums. We don't bundle our software with trial versions from other companies, and I'm not finding an account under the email address that is linked to your forum account. What is the exact name of the product you are referring to, is it a trial of one of the three Affinity apps? If so, did you sign up with us, or with Apple or Microsoft? -
@Lakewood MarkR It is only possible to add a single personal Universal license to an account. If you are wanting to order multiple licenses for a business, here's a link to our business pricing page. I have searched for the email you used though, and you don't have an account under that email. It may be that you ordered V2 from Apple or Microsoft and haven't activated it with us just yet, but if you can email affinity@serif.com we can look into this for you. -
I'm a new potential buyer

@lightbox617 Welcome to the forums. You can install the Windows version on as many PCs as you personally control. Likewise the Mac version can be installed on as many Macs as you control. The same is again true for the iPad apps. If you are using Windows and Mac machines, our Universal license would be your best option. It gives you all three programs for all three operating systems so you can install the software on all devices you personally control. We don't currently offer a DAM, but we'd like to in the future. -
