Giomac

Hi, I'm using a macbook. I have just downloaded the trial version of affinity photo but it doesn't work. I'm trying to open it but it doesn't open. I mean it starts "jumping" on the dock (just one jump actually) and anything else happens. I tried holding down CTRL and right clicking on the programe to make appear the reset menu as i was told but it doesn't work either. The thing is that in the same computer the trial version of affinity designer works correctly. Any suggestions?
