Whilst I concur completely with most posters about the size of the icons for me it would not be so bad if when I hover over them they were not obscured by the cursor.

I watch tutorials and the worst I get is to change brush size use bracket keys not on my keyboard press left and right on the mouse neither of these on my magic mouse?

I have used photoshop for a long time and do a lot of photo mods but I cannot work out how to capture a part of a photo and place in the original.
