    I had been using affinity photo for years but never really asked others how their workflow is to edit their photos. I am shooting all my photos in raw, and I print my photos at a lab so I soft proofing my photos using there ICC colour profiles. I have an Eizio Monitor and use spyder pro 5 to calibrate the monitor. I have been using lightroom 6 to set the white point and black point (i really wish affinity photo would fix this so don't have to use lightroom) If I have mulitple photos I will use LR to make all the photos the same and then continue in Affinity Photo. I would then use the curves tool to set a "S" curve and then adjust the saturation and vibrance. I would then look for Tone mapping to see if anything works with the photo. Thanks Brenden

    How many years does it take for something that is quite obvious for an app that is colour based for someone to listen to requests i asked back in 2019 for datacolour to be included. Apparently its still not there. If i am wrong can someone please make a video on how to do this in affinity photo 2. For example: take a photo of a person holding colour checker, remove colour checker and take photos. How we can use first photo to set colours in the following photos.

    Please do a video on setting the white balance using a grey card or colour checker. If you have one photo with someone holding a colour checker. Can we use the one photo to set the colours on the rest of the photos. All videos I find it’s seems to be guesswork. Can you please make a video on V2.

    I'm hoping this made the V2 can't find information and can't yet download and use until next week. Take a photo with someone holding the colour checker. You then take your photos without and then use the first photo to set colour. In Lightroom you can also do something similar with the grey card. Are we able to do this in APV2. Thanks brenden

    I cannot find if the Datacolour colour checker if it’s compatible with APV2. In Lightroom if you took a photo with a grey card, (I haven’t used the Datacolour) so hope it works like this. You take a photo with the grey card/datacolour and then click on the grey card/datacolour to set the colour. In Lightroom you can sync the same for several photos that are taken without the grey card/datacolour. In affinity photoV1 you couldn’t do anything like this. I can’t find this mentioned anywhere. I’m guessing it’s missed again. thanks Brenden

    I had one set of Luts and every file was just numbered. I am not sure where I got them from. I just find it not as easy to navigate the luts to find one I liked. Maybe I didn't buy the best. I wanted to use the luts to apply a preset like in lightroom. Is there any particular site is best to get luts?

    Where can we get more of these Presets like Hanan Edwards I have never seen any more and they seem far easier to use than LUTS or are these presets more desructive? Can anyone help. Thanks Brenden

    Hi, Are all LUTS just numbered? Its very confusing on trying to find a LUT that works. How are you all using the LUTS so its more effective? Where is the best place to buy LUTS? That are just numbered? Thanks Brenden

    The colour picker I feel is still guess work when your trying to set the correct colour if one image has a grey card or a spyder checker you have taken a photo but theres no way to sync the rest of the photos. Can we please look at making this possible. I just want it to act more like lightroom and not have to wait years for the process to be completed. Thanks Brenden

    I wish that affinity had more content that is available for photoshop for affinity photo. I have been looking for presets and there are packs that are on offer that are only for Photoshop that you cannot get for affinity photo. We are not all experts on creating files of our own, photoshop has plenty of content available especially creative filters and presets, please, make similar conent available for affinity photo. I know poeple are busy, but why not ask, people who are making content from independant sites to start on affinity photo. Thanks

    I have been folllowing the videos in the tutorials on how to remove the background but my results are not the same as shown in the videos even on a simple photo. When I go to refine the results are worse when I just roughly select it for the first time. Has anyone else had the same problem? I have tried two photographs. One had hair that wasnt easy to select, so then I tried a photo of a women by herself. What am I doing wrong?

    I love affinity photo but I really wish that they actually implement the feature of the eye dropper so we can click on the grey cards in photos. Why are they not listening to us. Affinity photo is just for photography so colours are important to me and others. Come on Affinity we need this. I wrote this in an email to affinity photo Dear Staff, I am writing to you as I and others have asked since 2018 to implement the ability to be able to click on a grey card in a photo to set the white balance and other settings that normally get set like photoshop. Please I love affinity photo but this is important to me as I do not want just to guess. I just can't believe that its years since people have been asking and we are just being ignored. Myself I use affinity photo to edit my photos for print and getting the correct colours is important to me and I am sure just as important to everyone else. Thanks Brenden 16/03/2022
