    How do you contact Serif regarding an order placed.  I have emailed the orders@ email TWICE to NO reply.
    I have sent a message on Facebook - again NO reply.

    This really is not good enough to have no way to contact a company about an order that used to be known for being very helpful due to their UK customer service.
