Camera Profile and Fujifilm Lenses?

Hello,
I have a few questions before I buying Affinity.
Now I'm working with Photoshop 2015.
- Does Affinity have 'Camera Profile' ?
- Does affinity recognise Fujifilm XF Lenses?
I have try to search for my answer at this forum, but i could not find it.
