For some reason the colors on my color wheel changed and there all dark dull colors how do I get my color wheel to change back?

I do click there but none of the tools work.

Well anything I try to use is not working like my selection brush was working fine and it just stopped working. and how do you use the fill bucket I ean I can't get anything to work.

Are you sure that's how I color in a spot. I mean for everything Let's say I have in image and I want to color in one certain spot how should I go about doing that? I also have another question it seems like my pixel persona toolbar doesn't work would you have any idea why this is happening?

I recently downloaded a new font which has a great outline but the middle is all white how do I color the white part without painting the border? I've tried using the the selection brush and then adding color that way but it seems for some reason my selection brush stopped working so how should I go about getting color in there.
