Thanks for the update, the file is loading alright for me here but I'll assume that's because the links for all the images are already broken. This isn't the first time we've seen this (where breaking links prevents the crash and once it's re linked it should be fine from now on). Let us know if you see this behavior again with that file

Hi @Darner, It's expected that once a document is opened and saved in V2 it's no longer compatible with V1. As part of 2.0.3, there should now be a warning when you open a V1 file in V2 that advises using Save As to create a new file to work with in V2, so if you end up needing to go back you have a V1 backup

This file isn't crashing when exporting for me, it could be because I'm having to substitute the fonts since I'm missing them, are you able to save it as a package and upload that?

Hi @guy brunel, Are you able to upload the problematic document here that you copy a page from? If you are pasting it into a specific document it could help to provide us with that file too so we can try reproduce the crash when copying/pasting between documents, as it will likely be specific to the documents you are using. (Google Translate: Êtes-vous en mesure de télécharger ici le document problématique à partir duquel vous copiez une page ? We do have an issue logged relating to this, but can I double check that when you re-open the app up, do you get a "There was a problem connecting to the server…." message appear and is it after clicking OK/Cancel that it becomes unrespnsive?

Thanks for the report. We have an issue logged relating to this so I've added your files to it. To get the content to display similar to ID, you can edit the picture frame that's imported, set it to Scale to Minimum Fit and set the anchor point to the top

I tested on both, out of curiosity do you have View > Column Guides disabled in V1 but enabled in V2?

Hi @rvst, I'm not seeing any difference here opening that template in V1 and V2, not sure if I'm potentially missing something. As highlighted in that thread, the colours being different with preview mode on/off seem to be down to Column guides being set with no gutter, so the colour of those guides are on top of the image and I'd expect that

I wouldn't feel that guilty, as it's already logged with us! It atleast clears when creating a new document as you state. Thanks for the report

@Jim Slade, this opens fine for us. Do you have access to all the linked images it is loading? If you can supply them it might help us reproduce the issue, alternatively you can break the links to those images (move them to another folder/rename them) and see if that helps

@SubTric (or anyone else suffering from this issue). We are still looking into and trying to reproduce this issue, we have seen it once internally but it is since non reproducible on that machine, do you mind answering the following if you can still reproduce the issue: The temporary fix with font size - do you also get the same effect if you change to light ui and back to dark? Do rulers on text frames also not display? Thanks
