  1. Thanks, I can reproduce this and have passed it on, do you find this happens with all tables you import?
  2. You can upload it here and we can take a look, you might find if you break the link to any linked files by renaming them or moving them that it stops the crash, and you can then re-link them
  3. Hi If you want to upload the documents here I'll take a look into it. Thanks
  4. You can increase that warning limit in Preferences > Performance, and see if that helps it export If you want to upload the file here (with any linked resources) I can also have a go at exporting it
  5. Do you find this on a new document? It seems ok for me on a test document. If it's specific to your document could you upload it here and let me know if it is any specific object you are changing the values on Thanks!
  6. I can't seem to reproduce this at the moment, what OS are you on? I'll try on that If you reset the application does it help at all?
  7. With 2000 images there will be a fair strain on the system, we are looking to make some improvements in image heavy documents. Are all the images linked or embedded?
  8. Is it possible for you to upload the afassets file here?
  9. Yeah it may be related to those images, I tried a couple without a profile and couldn't see anything, give me a nudge when you've uploaded the files as I may miss it otherwise!
  10. Hi Daniel, I can't reproduce this with a linked image I have with no profile. What default PDF profile are you using? I've tried all Can you upload the afpub file and linked image here and I'll take a look at reproducing it with your files. Thanks
  11. Edit: I'm finding this a bit unreliable, I have seen it but can't seem to constantly reproduce it from scratch, I'm still looking into it. Can you upload the file here. Thanks
  12. It's referring to this value, which is the brightness of a pixel and can range from black 0% to white 100%
  13. It's using an encryption method we don't currently support. I've logged it as an improvement. Thanks!
  14. Is it possible for you to upload the IDML file here? Thanks
  15. Hi @Carnivorous Tofu, Can you attach the file you are exporting and a screenshot of the export settings you are using when exporting to PDF. Thanks!
  16. Thanks for the files @Gafrad - I can reproduce these files crashing on open and will get it passed on. I'll update you if we find a workaround
  17. The above comment was in relation to the crash, regarding the dictionary that cannot be found, you will need to install the dictionary if the text has a dictionary applied to it you don't have installed. I can see a de-AT one here
  18. Apologies, I was away from work for a short while. This mainly seems to be a resource issue, the afdesign file contains many, many curves and resizing this as shown in the video is quite an intensive task, so the redrawing artifacts that are visible are due to this. Can you take a screenshot of your Preferences > Performance tab? The RAM allocation should be near max and if possible it should be using metal, this should help speed things up a bit if they aren't already set.
  19. I can see it now with the font installed, this is because you are flattening on export, so it rasterises the font. If you click "More.." when exporting and change the jpeg compression to be higher the artifacts around the font should go away.
  20. There's many ways, I personally use a program called TinyTake to make short videos to demonstrate issues, but that's just personal preference.
  21. Hi @Leon Munz, Would you be able to attach the documents you used in the video here? Thanks
  22. Could you clarify what you mean by this? Are the crashes reproducible or do they happen at random? Do you have some crash reports to provide us?
  23. It seems like it's trying to "update" the image before the other application has finished writing to it. We have another report of this and are looking into it. Thanks for the report.
