  1. @TG2008 Welcome to the forums, I've split this into it's own thread. Can you try in the latest beta here and let me know if either files load for you there, if they don't can you upload them here and I'll take a look Thanks
  2. The older builds are here. I believe the issue is related to one of the linked PDFs (it's a bug, but that's why I can't reproduce it with your file as i don't have those). I suspect if you re-linked them (replaced them with themselves) it would prevent the crashing. I'm investigating the reports we've had of this.
  3. Hi @CP16, This should be fixed in the latest beta, so I'm curious if the spinwheel you are seeing is also fixed, can you give it a try in the beta here and let us know. Thanks
  4. There's a potential fix for this that should be in the next beta, but it's obviously subject to testing, etc.
  5. Hi @multis, I've logged this, we have a similar report with another file freezing on load and I believe this could be the same cause and are looking into it. Thanks
  6. Hi @ZY Chang, The assets will be located in %AppData%\Affinity\Publisher\1.0\user If during your debugging you renamed the 1.0 folder there will be a backup in there. If you did a reset of the app via holding CTRL it may have cleared these out and unless they were exported and saved elsewhere am afraid will be lost
  7. Do you get this behavior in any other application? I've not heard of this before but you may find resetting the application by navigating to %AppData%\Affinity\Publisher and renaming the 1.0 folder to 1.0 old and then running the app up
  8. Hi @CristianR, Can you upload the documents used in the above video here please? Thanks
  9. Thanks, this actually seems to be different to the other couple of reports we've had, I've PM'd you a link to a new file, I'm curious if this loads for you correctly? Can you also navigate to %AppData%\Affinity\Publisher\1.0\ and upload the Log.txt file here?
  10. Hi @DH-4Good, This has been logged with us, I've given it a nudge but I can't give estimates on it will be fixed unfortunately.
  11. Hi @Creative Art, Are you able to upload your file here so I can take a look. We have had a couple of reports of this and some users have found re-linking linked documents in their files has fixed the issue. Thanks
  12. @marten66 We have a fix for a crash on run up in our beta here, can you let me know if this fixes it for you? Thanks
  13. @Dazmondo77 I'm curious how are find the 1.9.1 beta. The scaling on group issue is fixed, as well as the tiny icons (mostly). The asset panel slowdown may have been because of the paragraph panel causing a general slow down in the app, and let me know if you get any crashes in the beta. Thanks
  14. Thanks for the report, this should be fixed in the 1.9.1 beta found here
  15. Hi @marshallarts, Would it be possible for you to upload the file here and I'll take a look Thanks
  16. If you navigate to the %AppData%\Roaming\Affinity\Publisher\1.0 folder on Windows the crash reports are located in the crash reports folder, if you could attach the most recent here it might shed some light. There's a bug in 1.9.0 where the paragraph panel can cause slowdowns, so the stalling you are seeing may be related to that, you can try hiding that panel or the 1.9.1 beta we have released that has a fix for this in (I don't think it will fix the crash on export bug you are encountering however)
  17. @David Long and others, please try the latest beta here if you are having issues with crashes on run up. You may need to run it a few times for the crash to stop. If this doesn't work and subsequent run ups keep crashing let us know. Thanks
  18. Hi @dpmcalister, We are looking into this file, I'm curious if you can tell us how you deleted a section called "Organisations", and what level it was at? We have a potential fix but this document is in a state that it shouldn't be possible to get in, so we are curious to know how this may have happened, any information you can provide us could be useful. Thanks
