    Hi dominik, If you click "More Reply Options" towards the bottom of the reply area, at the bottom of the screen you will see an "Attach Files" option. Alternatively you can upload to dropbox and give us the link :).

    Hiya Martin Mars, I've tried to set a couple of documents up in similar ways to your attached screenshots but haven't had any luck reproducing this yet, would you be able to attach your document for me to reproduce with? Or dropbox it and PM me the link if you'd prefer to keep it private :). Did you change the svg export settings away from default? Thanks

    Hiya Vadimyer, I've exported some EPS files with layer effects and haven't had any issues, could you attach a file where the effects aren't exporting so I can reproduce this? I might just be missing something simple!

    Hiya, The different ordering is reserved on the Mac, and holding space first enters panning mode which then has a ctrl modifier to zoom. It's worth posting this as a Feature Request as it could be considered for a future improvement, but I wouldn't say it's a bug.

    Hiya Royalenhcntrss, Have you been able to reproduce any of this consistently, or does it just happen every now and again? What type of objects are you copying over? I'll have a go and see and if I can reproduce any of it. Are you by any chance copying and pasting from one monitor to another? Thanks

    Hiya, Does the PDF file crash for you every time you open it? We currently have an issue logged where sporadically PDFs will crash when opened which should be fixed in the next build. If it crashes for you every single time would you be able to attach the afdesign file you created the PDF from and let me know the settings you exported the pdf to? Thanks :)

    Hi Tyr, Welcome to the forums! I'm not aware of any conflicts with earlier versions of the framework, it will have installed the 4.6.2 preview framework. Nearly all users won't have this installed as it is fairly new, we recently upgraded to it to fix a few issues with the software. We have a Wacom tablet in the office that is working so if you have any issues with that, or the software in general be sure to let us know. Thanks!

    rushingabout, when you say "Security Verification" is this some AV software scanning the downloaded files? If so which one?

    Hiya Arun, We already have an issue logged with CorelDraw being unable to open PDFs produced from AD, i'll add your observations regarding the press ready profile to it. Thanks :)

    Mines using 32bit, some icons are fine yet others look like the attached screenshot.

    Nana, i've just reproduced this by remoteing into the computer next to me, no idea why some of the icons change, but i'll get it logged!

    I've given it a look into and CorelDraw X8 seems to think any pdf we output is corrupt, this isn't unique to our Windows version. A quick google on the matter doesn't really provide much light on why it might be, just that it can be fairly common and what workarounds can be used. I'll get it logged, but considering all other apps seem to open our PDFs it might be hard to figure out why they are refusing to open them.

    Thanks for attaching the file, The PDF export is silently failing (on the mac it will error saying it failed to export), this is already logged with us. The reason it fails is due to not rasterizing the embedded documents (which it can't export without doing so), this is also a bug and is currently logged with us. Our PDFs should be compatible with Corel Draw as far as I am aware, let us know if one isn't importing and we can look into why that might be.

    The issue I logged for this is still unresolved so there won't have been any changes relating to it (unless coincidental). As Ken has highlighted, you get no extension because you have it set to hide file extension. If you set it to display extensions it will try to export incorrect filetypes, so either way involves a slight workaround until we get this issue resolved.

    Hi Obi, I've just exported a few artboards to PDF, can you let me know what PDF settings you are exporting to, and maybe attach the file you are having issues with so I can look into it further?

    I've noticed if you close the font substitution dialog with the X in the top right it can get the app in this state, which i'll get logged. Not sure if that's what others have been encountering
