How long ago was this happening? This was widely reported earlier today however a fix was rolled out approximately 4 hours ago so keen to know whether you experienced the crash before or after that.

Hi @Mithferion,
Thanks for this. It appears that the request sent twice for some reason, which is why it then worked when you reopened the dialog. Our devs are currently working to stop this happening in future.

Hi @j3rry,
As @walt.farrell said, I can confirm that only packs which are installed directly into the Affinity apps are installable via this dialog (brushes, styles, assets etc.). Where the pack is not of one of these formats (fonts, sample files or zip files for instance) we instead provide a link to the downloads page on the store.
Hopefully that clears things up and accounts for what you're seeing.

Yep, can see that here as well, thanks a lot. I have raised a ticket with our devs.

This one I can't reproduce. Was it only the brushes it claimed were previously installed? Did the other packs within the bundle work correctly?

Again, both of these are behaving correctly for me. Are you also seeing the faulty behaviour in the other apps or is it Photo specific?

Thanks for this. It is actually an issue we're already aware of. If you double click on the asset though you can still place it, it is only the drag + drop method which seems to be affected.

Can you confirm please whether or not you were presented with the option to keep content available when you signed out? Our testing internally has found this to be working the same as desktop. Would you also mind telling me what content packs you had on the account?

And yes, it does seem that "local-host" is protected on our forums. We actually weren't aware of that limitation so thanks for pointing it out. -
