Go to "Customize Toolbar" and replace all the "flexible spaces" between each tool bar item with regular "space"

After replacing flexible gaps, the Toolbar looks more "standard".

Unfortunately, the space are too large.
Could it be possible to reduce it, or allow different/narrower type of spaces? Other tools would fit on the Toolbar.

    Yes, I do.

    Unfortunately, this is not true.
Viewing digital signatures in the file properties tab only "shows" the signature, but does not "verify" it.

For demonstration, I made a copy of that beta exe file, and every 0xFFFF byte I damaged (I did its inversion).2019-02-02_020501.png.540e5f31f5f4cd1a9cd02ce95ff39471.png

Damage to the file is also evident from the difference in their MD5 digest.

    355a55a49c93930dd8dff1c163b60ac5  *affinity-publisher-invalid.exe

But signatures of this corrupted file are displayed!

Guarantee this way the integrity of the file is definitely incorrect!

Placing digest/hash (MD5, SHA) with exe files would certainly be appropriate.

Edit: Corrupted exe file can normally run, ask for an update, but it will stop.
It is obvious, that file integrity and signature verification are not performed during installation. Which I think is a mistake.

If the download is complete, there will be a Digital Signatures tab in the Properties dialog. Checking the signer listed on that tab (or any of the signers, if there is more than one) will reveal whether or not the associated digital signature is OK.

Do you think this guarantees file integrity?
This would have to load the contents of the entire file before the signature was displayed - and that's delayed (signature information (in Win) will be displayed immediately).
For integrity checks are used hash/digest, such as MD5/SHA1. This will not only allow integrity checks (completion of download), but also that is no "add-on" version.
That's why most companies also report it on their downloaded files.

If whenever you go into the gradient color picker and it is red

And it is very unpleasant in define the gradient. I capture and set one color with picker. The second color is the same, it just needs a little darker/lighter. However, because the picker always resets to red, I have to set the second color complicated. Either again with a picker (which may be a problem in some cases - find the exact same color), or I need to enter the exact values. If the color remained in the picker (as it works elsewhere), it's one click.

to set an fx color. That doesn't work on the Mac

I know it does not work (on Win), but Walt uses it like that.

the main eyedropper maintains the last-picked color, so you can use its color well instead of the one from the fx gradient dialog

The problem with this is that if I continue editing the picture and for some reason I need to reset one layer transformation this will revert all the work done.

There is no problem copying the original object before editing.

Reset Width and Height to 0 px?!
It will not be very practical - such an object can not even be manipulated, and each time it will require setting to the correct values.
Neither the jump to 0, 0 will not be often usable.

Resetting would have been meaningful only if a specific value for each object could be set, to which the reset would then return.
Instead of one Reset button, two buttons/icons/shortcuts - Store values, Load values.

  7. a) Obviously it is a question (not a suggestion or request), so it would be better to put it in the correct thread/group - so someone can answer you at all.

    b) Rather, it's question to completely different application (FastRAW). But find its setting is not a problem (first item):

Find the "External editors" on page.

Library with premade Graphics, Layers, Text-Objects

Affinity Photo is not functional equivalent to Photoshop. Its primary purpose is to edit photos.

The Affinity Designer is designed to work with graphics objects and their libraries. As @walt.farrell writes, these two applications can work together on one document.
