No, default is 100%. You press key "0"? Maybe by mistake, like continuing to enter some value (it also often happens to me).

Not that I disagree with you. But can you imagine what confusion it will be for inexperienced users? Already today, many turn on gray icons in the preferences, and then wonder, why the icons are gray! If there should be more customization for experienced users, I would recommend two application modes - for beginners and for professionals.

Invert image, Erase "White" Paper, invert image? In my opinion, it won't work well, and will require masking. I'd like to try using the Flood Select Tool, and delete.

As far as I know, in beta versions (I tried in APub) should be shift the whole grid - for example, the needed 0.5 px. Then the snapping on a properly set grid (eg 1px + with the appropriately selected Screen tolerance) should ensure correct line placement.

First suggestion: color swapping between fill and stroke. Second suggestion (as an extension): swapping fill/stroke colors between 2 objects. -
Yes, that is the same as Merge Selected (in APh), which could/should be offered, after selecting several layers. Unfortunately, only Merge Visible is offered. Working with the context is still insufficient.

It depends on what editing/operation you are using. Some "non-standard" will always cause rasterization when exported. You would have to provide a sample (source file, screenshot).

Alternatively, at least a screenshot of the layers panel (is it really erase pixels, not mask?). Otherwise there is no problem.
