  1. Hello Everyone, I'll be swapping out my motherboard: Asus Crosshair VII -> Asus Crosshair VIII. AMD X470 to AMD X570 chipset. Will I need to uninstall, then reinstall the Affinity 2 suite? Kind regards, Shad
  2. I feel I must echo the sentiments of the OP. I purchased the V2 suite thinking I would get a normal installer and I could choose which folder to install the software into. I purchased direct from Serif because I don't like the windows store. If I did, I would have purchased from there and I would not be on here writing this complaint. For the love of all that's holy, give us a normal installer please Serif. Best, Shad.
  3. Hello, Please excuse me if I'm being dumb. If I buy a HDR monitor like an Asus ProArt, does "32-bit Preview" work all the time? Or do you edit, then shift to "32-bit Preview", drop back to 24-bit, edit some more then "32-bit Preview" again? Or once enabled, your workflow is always in "32-bit Preview"? Thanks for taking the time to post, Shad.
  4. Hello, A quick update. After thinking about it, I've gone ahead and purchased Affinity Photo! I figure the best way of getting the features I would like would be by supporting the people writing the software. :) Best regards to everyone!
  5. Hello! I didn't buy Affinity Photo because of colour depth. I have some test images that I've been using in Lightroom 6 they are 10 bit per channel ramps in PSD, TIFF and PNG formats. All of them display in Lightroom without stepping on my AMD RX480 & Dell 3011 via Display Port. If I try to view these images in Win10's photo viewer, I see stepping. If I try to view these images in Fast Picture Viewer I see stepping. This isn't intended to be disparaging, rather a point that I love to see addressed in future versions. Kind regards, Shad.
