I just made it a floating panel and that's it. It freaked out.

What about docking a second column of panels? having 1 column on left and right side is not enough to use all the stuff I need :)

I think the distance measuring and snapping are very inconsistent.

 

- Like sometimes it just doesn’t want to snap or show distance to nearest objects but it goes all the way to artboard edge.

- Other times when I attempt to mov an object the measuring doesn’t show up at all.

- Or it detects nearest object and shows measurements, but fails to show distance to artboard edge.

 

It simply feels random at this point. Not reliable...

 

 

++ It’s impossible to see the distance text when the distance between objects is very small. Have to zoom in like crazy.

Reported this already quite a while ago, and it’s not the only font that gives such issues. I noticed Roboto also misbehaves.

An old bug but not fixed yet. Whenever I Cmd + Drag copy something, nudge it with the arrows some distance, and attempt to copy it again with CMD +Drag, the nudge will vanish and first copy will move back to it’s original position.

So now we´ve got Single, Multi pass and automatic rendering, does automatic just mean that it automatically switches between the two?

(Maybe it would be better to just write rendering instead of retina rendering as a description label of the dropdown? Cause it´s not always Retina...)

Apart from that - the new rendering is most likely my favorite feature!!!

 

Fixed as well: symbols top bar resizes correctly when modifying the page/panel width 

 

- not only curves end point modifications and bevel profiles are broken but blend ranges sliders are also broken 

- one still can´t drag the "opacity" label to change the opacity of layers    :wacko: (like it works for brush size e.g.)

- If you open the change the view mode preference thing and change it without changing it, AD still ask´s if you want to restart (cosmetically)

 

+ dropping stuff into assets and symbol panels

+ might we get the docking of two columns of tool panels to the right (and left) side like possible in AD for Windows?

+ Bleed preview, linked bleed values

+ macOS fixes (checkboxes + scrollbars)

[Wrong checkbox position on Sierra + Others]

They are clickable at least so life goes on just fine.

 

+ missing scroll bar :D

 

+ Esc doesn’t switch to move tool from text tool anymore. I have to manually click the button in the tool shelf.

 

+ Sometimes when I zoom in/out the top part of the text on artboards gets cut out. Have to readjust zoom to make it look normal.

Hi 00Ghz,

Press ⌘ (cmd) + Spacebar from any tool to (scrubby) zoom.

 

First anyway to change shortcut? Overlaps with spotlight one. And you have to press space first, otherwise it won’t activate.

 

Second it lags really bad + weird snapping behaviour. I understand now while people are complaining about it. I would rather have it fixed than removed.

Matt, I would love to report them... if I could actually replicate them. They seem random :(

 

Only one I can replicate is when I try to make a new artboard the pasteboard color changes from dark grey to black. The artboard name text also looks very skinny, almost unreadable.
