  1. Well you could export to PSD maybe. It should work
  2. Time. :) Although maybe 13:24 would work better.
  3. According to the scientific principle you will need to bring proof to support your theory ;) ... So are we there yet? :D
  4. Yes a sun dial of sort. With material design -> More white, probably some cards, icons that match, some realistic shadows etc. I find metro UI and material design in the same group which has boring, dull, average as key words. I am glad when people don’t follow them precisely, a designer can actually shine and make something new. Wanted to make something non standard. Clients love those usually as long as I just follow some general platform UX guidelines to not confuse the users.
  5. Hey guys, More UI work. Let me know what you think. https://www.behance.net/gallery/37180653/Android-Weather-App Cheers, Vlad
  6. I think they just lost themselves to making the perfect creation. Something which is impossible, because no matter how hard you try to make a beta stable there is always another bug... especially considering the complexity of the software. Same for 1.5 beta... they just want to make something so awesome that it takes forever to actually finish. Compare current state of things to how they were last year where you got a beta every 1-3 weeks and you could test and recommend improvements etc.
  7. You can do that and get Affinity Photo instead. What exactly are you looking to make - as in what kind of art?
  8. I think you’re looking for Affinity Photo for that tool ;)
  9. New Beta today... new beta todayyy.... new beta today... :D ^_^ B) B)
  10. Hi, Downloaded the font form here. https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/Titillium Looks good in font book preview. Affinity gets the font weights very wrong... Check pics. It happens pretty much with all weights. If I want to export to any format it will rasterize the text :( Also if I disable a font while AD is running it will crash. Thanks
  11. The thing that I am most worry about is the fact that they mentioned they won’t release a feature until it’s exactly as they want it. But as in the artboards case, their view of how things should work fine didn’t match our views(most of us anyway). We wanted them separated from the layers panel in their own panel list. The partial implementations in the more frequent betas would have caught those sort of issues rather fast. But now we just have to accept whatever they come up with regardless if we like it or not. It seems there was some policy change by management or something regarding beta release frequencies or they want to save the time it took to release a beta(probably wasn’t that much anyway)?
  12. I agree, there is no way to make selections automatically based on certain specifics and it’s very bad.
  13. Although what I don’t get about this wait for stable beta is that before devs had no problems releasing new features. There was no wait for stable update version on app store. What changed?
  14. It’s not just one document. I pasted some things from a doc to another and it caused the issue to spread. Will send to support email.
  15. When you Click + Drag to zoom in and out there are various snapping levels. Currently the snapping is to drastic making me unable to zoom as needed. It feels like it’s lagging. I don’t care about the 50% ,75%, 100% etc automatic snapping levels when using the zoom tool. I just want to disable it altogether.
  16. I have been dealing with beta withdrawal symptoms for over 2 months now. Everyday I come here hoping that the cats feed my addiction again. I am desperate, internet please help me. What should I do? :D
  17. Nope, it’s the old Bamboo model. No fancy touch gestures.
  18. As title says: Add a drag to zoom to a keyboard shortcut. So I can zoom like in AI or PS without switching to zoom tool and then switching yet again to another tool.
