    Hi MEB I have the same problem, but it is not a trial version. I have the 1.5 version of Affinity Designer for MAC. I just tried uploading my file to the link you shared above. Can you help me with recovering my file? Best regards, Georgina

    I was working on an Affinity Designer project. Suddenly my document closes down, and this message pops up. Now i can not access my document at all. Please, does anyone know of this problem and how to fix it? Georgina
