Bad E-mail and product key message

Rmccall posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

Just downloaded ver 1.5 windows when I go to enter e-mail and product key I get a message wrong e-mail or product key. I have tried a few times but nothing. sent a message about 4 hrs ago on facebook and to support nothing yet. What am I doing wrong
