I have tried the same approache...Raw with Gradient Overlay and Brush Overlay and then Shadows/Highlights. Working fine for me.

Shadows/Highlights in Develop working for me on CR2's. Maybe I am missing something?

Hi Mark, This only happens with files in the MRU list. If I open a file directly from Open, and not Open Recent, it opens successfully. Thought I would try this and it worked. If I edit a file, opened as above, close the file and try to re-open it through Open Recent, I get the same error. So this is only happening when opening a file through the MRU list.

Hi Guys, With Beta 75 and 76 When I export a Jpeg using the standard settings, AP attaches the ROMM sRGB ICC profile by default. I have to select More in the Export Dialog and manually select an sRGD profile for AP to export colour correctly. This happens with any images I work with. Does not occur on AP Release 1.5, or on Ps CC 2017, Paintshop Pro X9 or Serif Photoplus X8. What am I missing here?

Thanks Mark!!! A lot of work done on this release. I do notice a lag on the History panel updating again, which isn't there on my Beta 75. Have both installed, so can check side-by-side. I have History open, and it takes around 2 seconds to update in Beta 76. As we did moons ago, close History in Studio, and all is well again. Also, when using the Selection Brush on large images (24Mp and up) there is a noticeable lag when painting. Sometime the screen will go black while the data is being processed. Again, also not there in Beta 75.

Just to be clear, are we not referring to *.afphoto files? I have never heard of an *.aphoto file in Affinity.

I agree with M850. There is a lag in the Histogram when working with RAW files. Official release 1.5.2.69 worked perfectly.

Both my previous issues with Beta 74 are fixed...no more white strip down the LHS of RAW files, and the Zoom ratio is working correctly now. Great work!

Same error here. I also believe it occurs with Blend Mode other than Normal when Applying Image

Quite right, at 100% it disappears

Two anomalies I have observed... 1/ RAWS load faster, but there is a white strip down each one on the LHS. Wasn't present in the previous Beta. 2/ Zoom ratio remains constant, despite zooming in to 100%, or any ratio in between. Example is zoomed into 100% but displays 12.1% See attached

Don't have that issue on my system. All buttons visible.

The Inpainting brush has been improved a lot. It is working the way I expect it to now.

I can say RAW loads way quicker on my system. 4-5 secs on average for a 24Mp Canon CR2. Was around 8-10 secs on previous beta. Lookin' good so far!
