  1. Hi all. I could really use some help. I am trying to create a set of index cards (3x5") with one 'monster' per card in publisher using data merge. I have cardstock I need to print this to that is 4 per page, but with some pretty specific measurements (no gutter, landscape, .5" margin left/right, 1.25" top/bottom). Largely this works, but I'm getting killed with how to handle situations where the text overflows. How do I set this up so when a card prints, the overflow gets printed on the back of the card, and in the correct position so that when I duplex print (flip short) it prints on the correct card on the back side?? The DJINNI entry below is a great example. Help? Thanks!
  2. Hello -- recent problem starting (I believe) with the 2.0.3 upgrade. Even freshly rebooted, I'm encountering a problem where AffDesigner is crashing when I attempt to open any file. This is making it -- uhm -- difficult to use the product. Anyone else experiencing this? What additional information can I provide? I'm running 22H2 OS build 19045.2364, and Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4190.0.
  3. Affinity team, I've previously purchased Affinity Designer on my Mac, but have migrated to a PC. Is it possible to transfer my license, and if so, how? Thanks, Brennan
  4. Hi Everyone, I'd like to create a vector drawing of a map, which contains provinces for a fantasy game. Think of looking at a map of Europe and dividing each vector shape into one of the countries. So, let's say I wanted to make a vector of this map: https://www.google.com/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=map%20france How would I best draw France so that I could then share the border between each of the neighboring countries and turn each of those other countries into vectors themselves? So, I'd want a vector of France and a vector of Switzerland. I'd like to have them match up exactly. Does this make any sort of sense? Thanks for any advice you might have. Pretty new to both vector drawing for this purpose and AD.
