One last question: this produces images with just the layer contents, would it also be possible to produce images that would match the original document size, just as if every layer was exported with all the other layers hidden?

I have an image with many layers (40 or even more) and I am looking into exporting all of these layers into separate images on disk. Is there any way to do that?
