    Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
    The easiest/quickest way if you don't mind to lose 2px around the image is to apply a Layer FX to your image. To do it, select the image layer in the Layers panel, click on the FX button on the bottom (still in the Layers panel), tick the Outline FX from the dialog that appears and set the Radius to 2 and the Alignment to Inside.
