That was the main problem, after choosing the AP persona all was ok. Studio was back, pages. And I could not understand, that the main problem was not repaired in an upddate. Now all is fine. Thanks. But this is not a way for me. My fotobooks have one master page and with this may be 100 or 200 pages. All have on the right site one picture, all the same dimensions in landscape or portrait (both in the master). Sometimes I want to delete a picture again to get an empty page. No problem in former versions. Now it only works to change the picture.

My way of embedding images: In the master page a picture frame is set. On the normal page the image file is then inserted (replace image). If the frame is then clicked there, the basis frame from the master page appears above the picture frame, which can be rotated or framed, for example. This frame/ picture could then be deleted normally. In the new version V2, this is no longer possible; the page in question must be deleted in the browser. My mistake? Hi Mike, thanks. Text field – Text frame ??? I use Publisher only for one kind of Photo-Book to check photographies as PDF. There is one master page with frames on the right page (and some more information in other frames/ fields, as page number, my homepage). No pinned object in the frame/ field. This way I do it since years and I know nothing about details. All was fine before 2.2. EDIT: Freezing text starts by moving the page in the navigator! 1. starting in Publisher 2.2 a right page in 50%. There is one image and one field/ frame which can be activated. That works, but the text is to small. 2. the page is set to 100% and the page is moved to see the full text. Nothing can be activated. 3. The page is changed from 100% to 90% (or another %). All works fine again. Best! lars

Text field in master: if the page is enlarged, e.g. to 100%, then the text field is inactive. Only changing it again, e.g. from 100% to 75%, activates the field. see signature

AP 2.0.3 it is fine now. But the ressource table is not to get in menue: Dokument. Only with: R.

May be there is a mistake. I set some photographies 2000x3000 dpi with 72 dpi resolution. Then I changed them to 300 dpi (as Finder shows now). But the ressource table shows them in 72 dpi as before. Pub was quitted, new start, no change.

Hi, I´m not agianst the new way but for both. For my work the old one was very very importend. My Publisher-PDF is allways the same. 30x30 cm using only the right page with a photograph 16x24 cm in portrait or landscape, frames which are set in one master page; plus a little text-box and a footline. So it may happen to include at once 100 images or more. Doubble-click Page > include image... ... ... So I see a big form of the composition together with this one in the navigator allways fixed in the small form; as I said before. In Capture One the pic has 16x24 cm on the screen too (as the print will bee). I need this forms to see if the pic is ok, for I´m not a profi-photographer or another artist. But never this or another staff did what I want... Best, lars
