Install Failure

Sorry have not replied straight away. This is problem my 16 yr old grandson is getting. After I installed and used A.Photo I recommended it to him, as is just getting into photography. He is getting the same problem as some other people on your forum. That is that it requires .NET FRAMEWORK 4.6.2 to install. This goes through all the steps to install/update. Then tries to install A Photo but again fails. I think he feels he has wasted his money and I feel guilty for recommending it. Surely there must be a work around to sort this? Thanks Bongo -
Good evening, After several tries at installing Affinity Photo and always getting the the same .NET. problem, could Serif either give some advice to overcome this or can they please offer a refund. After all paying for something you haven't received is not right. Many Thanks Bongo
