  1. Hi p81,

Affinity already uses the Lensfun database to perform automatic lens corrections. If your lens in listed there Affinity Photo (Develop Persona) will use it by default. You can control this in the Develop Assistant (menu View ▸ Assistant Manager...) - Lens corrections dropdown.

My lens Nikon D7200 18-140 f/3.5-5.6 is in Lensfun database, but it seems that no automatic correction is applied when I go from Develop Persona to Photo Persona, as shown in the tutorial video on Automatic Lens Corrections. Do I miss something?

    Thanks, Max

  2. The info panel, as is, is not of much use, in my opinion.

I would like an info panel like the one in Photoshop, in particular:

In photoshop you can put sample points in the image and see in the info panel their rgb (or other) values.

If you then open a Curves layer and you ctrl shift click on the sample points, you get the corresponding points in the rgb channels of the curves layer. Then you can adjust "by the numbers" to remove e.g. color cast, while you see before/after values in the info panel.

    Thanks. Max
