  1. @Sparafucile What camera model is this for, please? It sounds like a compression method that we do not support. Are you able to attach a sample raw?
  2. Hey @TomJr I ran through the recipe on the bug report again and I cannot reproduce the issue shown in your above screenshot so that particular recipe is fixed (for me at least). You must be triggering this in another way Can you reproduce it? What's the recipe?
  3. If we could have some files and or recordings of this that would be great. So far, I have been unable to reproduce this.
  4. No, I mean 'bumped' - it means that we go ahead and update the bug report to reflect the fact that it is still an issue and we update the affected software version etc.
  5. I've bumped the bug report. @loukash Do you mean the white border around the sides as well? It's a bit different to Windows so I see what you mean.
  6. It's available on a right-click for the visibility icon but as you've pointed out, not in the Layer Menu. I have queried this with the developers - thank you.
  7. I've just grabbed the one from the original bug report and it also has the Tint at -100% I will look into this.
  8. @Barrie Hope are you still seeing this issue? The developers suggested an OS update as the crash is in the Apple code.
  9. I would consider it to be a lower priority compared to other bugs which may explain why it hasn't been fixed yet. I will update the creport with the current version for you.
  10. Hey Pyanepsion, Thank you very much for this - I will start getting it logged with the developers.
  11. Hey ME Brady, Welcome to the forums. I have reproduced what you have described, however, I am also a little unsure if this is by design or not. I'd lean more towards it being an unexpected behaviour. Our crops are non-destructive meaning we can reveal the cropped area. If I do this after following your instructions, the revealed area is now clipped from the canvas - which again, I'd argue is not the desired behaviour from a user point of view, but programmatically, it probably is correct. I will check with the developers. Thank you.
  12. Thanks. I was not aware Nikon used a third-party SDK. I checked a few other apps to see how they handled it and had success with each of them so I do feel like we need to investigate improving this.
  13. Thanks! I'll ask the developers to investigate why we do not support the compression
  14. Ah, that makes sense! During testing, we did notice that some raw files with compression were not opening. Would it be possible to send one of the raws over anyway? We ought to be investigating this and ensure that even raw files with compression are opening.
  15. Hey @Tr48 can you share one of the raw samples, please? I did quite a bit of raw testing for this update and the Z8 raw samples I tried all worked fine. Can you also tell me if you're using Serif Labs or Apple Core from the Develop Assistant?
  16. I've updated the request for this feature that's logged with the developers. Thanks for the bump.
  17. Hey AP-, I see what you're saying. The easy fix for filters is indeed Protect Alpha. For masks, there's no such option. I'm not sure a Protect Alpha would work for masks due to their nature, but perhaps something that can clamp the alpha at the edges would be possible. I'd have to ask some questions with development about this.
