Ah okay—maybe that's not too relevant, then. Have you tried on different images from different sources? For example, if you drag an image out from the Stock Panel.

Hey Shih, We could really do with the file so we can attempt to reproduce it but also could you also follow these instructions: Can you please go to Settings > Privacy > Analytics > Analytics Data and look for the Photo iPad crash. Then click Share to save to an .ips file. You can then save it to a cloud service and attach it here.

It sounds like a rare case! When you drag the tool out and the screen flashes, a small box of text appears next to your cursor—can you tell me what it says? It might give me a clue!

I can clearly see the difficulty you've been experiencing. Can you check to see if Windows Ink is enabled? This has been known to cause an array of issues with Affinity in the past. We are planning on improving this at some point but it's worth disabling for now. I'm not quite sure why the mouse is being affected though. Does it only affect the mouse after the tablet seemingly stops behaving?

Hi stepfull, Are you pressing the Alt key at any point?(or perhaps stuck down) Or do the menu items across the top have a line under the first letter when the shortcuts are not working?

Hi Ian, That does sound odd. I have all three apps open all day long on Windows and macOS and I often leave my machines on for days at a time and never experience this. Are you using any special hardware at all such as a tablet? The file won't open for me either so it may have become corrupt during the upload. Are you able to do a screen recording when this happens?

Great spot! So the max we can drag the slider to is 100 px but we can manually type in a bigger value which causes the huge delay. I imagine we capped the slider drag to 100 px for a reason and this might be it!

Hi IanSG, There's a bug where the 'Make a copy' and 'Continue' buttons are the wrong way around.
