hi all, i just bought affinity designer for windows and i cant find the live perspective tool....? is it available?

hello guys, i am very new in affinity. i bought the windows version.

 

I was looking for the live perspective tool... but i cant find it... i dont know if there is a diference between mac and windows versions,, but i am a lost.

 

can someone show me the right direction? i need to transform the perspective of a photo.
