Hello! I believe I have asked this before, but HOW do I get V1.5x? The app store does not give it to me, it says "OPEN". Of course that is better than last time I tried, when it asked me to purchase it again! :) Is there a special code, link etc to get it? Many thanks!

Thank you for getting back with me. I tried your suggestions TWICE, no change. There are NO updates listed. If I try to get the update through the app store, it asks for $39.99. Yes, the AppleID is the same; it is the only one I have. The original app was purchased through tha App Store, so there may be an issue with them, I just don't know. So, what is the next step? I have wasted a LOT of time yesterday and today trying to get the update. How do we fix this issue??

Wow, almost 24 hours and no response from the company on the problem. Again, I went to the App Store, clicked on UPDATES; no updates. Then, I clicked on the apps section, found the program, but it wants $39.99. Ihave been at this for awhile, never run into this before. Why can't I get a response from Serif on this? Tom :(

Yes, I checked the App Store - it wants $40. I tried updTe section, it showed no updates. Will try again today. I am east coast USA

I purchased 1.4x with the understanding/promise that V1.5 would be a free upgrade. You state that it is a free upgrade in the App Store. No, it is not. It's $40 How do I get the FREE upgrade I was promised? Sorry if I sound a bit terse, but I have been taken by promises like this before.
