Yesterday I purchased Affinity Photo for my ipad pro 12.9 inch with ios 11 and the download process would not complete. On the home screen there is an Affinity photo icon with the message "Loading..." under it and this status was maintained for at least 4 hours until the unit was turned off last night. Today the display was unaltered when switched back on, if I touch the icon the display changes to "Paused" and if touched again "Loading..." resumes. What action should I now take to get this app to work?
