  1. When clicking on the small up and down arrows on the white balance temperature slider nothing happens and when clicking in the box and using the mouse wheel nothing happens. It all works fine on the tint slider. Affinity Photo version 1.8.0.585. Windows 10 and Nikon NEF files.
  2. Affinity Photo 1.7.3.481 and the beta 1.8.0.486, the lens profile distortion is greyed out and says (none) on NEF RAW images. with my Sigma 70-300mm, Tamron 18-200mm, Nikon 18-55mm. My old Nikon 50mm 1.8mm. the lens profile distortion is not greyed out with that lens.
  3. I tried it a few jpgs by dragging and dropping into the beta 243 and don`t get a crash, but it did when I tried your image DarkClown . I also opened your image from the file menu and got a crash. I tried with the stable version (1.6.5.123) like UWe367 had done and it did not crash, then with stable version I exported and wrote over your photo and then dragged it back to the beta 243 and it did not crash then.
  4. I had that happen where the colours wash out.
  5. The crop tool does not work in develop persona and in photo persona. It crops, but does not draw a box to see what you are cropping. When using the move tool no handles show. Holding down alt in levels and moving the black slider, none of the image is showing, you just get an all black screen and with the white slider you just get a plain white screen. I don`t know if it is meant to now, but the blemish tool in develop persona behaves like the one in photo persona as there are no circles and a line like there was before with the blemish tool in develop persona. I am using Windows 10 and Affinity Photo beta version 1.7.0.184.
  6. I have also found that some noise comes back when using a live filter and flattening. No noise comes back when just using the noise filter on it`s own and flattening.
  7. It works well. Thank you.
  8. I would like to see the overlay brush work with the "detail refinement" as it is greyed out when I click on it. I was watching a YouTube video. Affinity Photo - Beginners guide to developing Black and White images in the Develop Persona by Chris P Williams where he using the overlay brush and is able to click on "detail refinement" and can use the sliders. I don`t know what version of Affinity Photo he is using where the overlay brush is working with "detail refinement".
  9. Sorry I just realised this is the Mac section, so maybe the Mac version of Topaz Studio has not been updated yet to version v1.4.2. The windows version of Topaz Studio is v1.4.2 and works with Affinity Photo 1.5.2.69 and Affinity Photo beta 1.60.85.
  10. Just to let you know. I just updated Topaz Studio to V1.4.2 and the plug-in now works.
  11. I got Topaz Studio and the plug-in worked well in Affinity Photo, then Topaz Studio said there was an update, so I installed the update and now all I get is "Transparency is locked, please unclock the transparency"
  12. A very nice set, thank you Chris.
  13. They work okay for me in Affinity photo. I have version 1.5.1.54. Thanks.
  14. This is where I got them from. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26829
  15. I can see Nikon NEF raw thumbnails in the my pictures folder on Windows 10 on my PC. I downloaded Microsoft`s camera codec pack. I right click the mouse on the thumbnail then from the drop down menu I choose open in Affinity Photo. Not sure if that is what you mean, but hope it helps.
  16. A good set of styles, thank you very much for them.
  17. I get the same the histogram graph is different in Develop Persona compared to the Photo Persona. My camera is an Nikon D90 and the image is an NEF file.
  18. Hi. I have just bought and downloaded Affinity photo and notice that the histogram in the raw editor displays the graph differently after you develop the photo.
