    Thankyou for all your help and ideas. Re antivirus/protection software, my system is running Norton Security. I did try disabling it but got the same result.

    As far as am aware language is set to English(UK). Followed instructions. Help file as it should be. Pic attached. (Now jpeg not Tiff - thanks for the Tip!)

    OS, Windows10 Home. IE (Internet Explorer?) don't use. MIcrosoft Edge is installed but I use Firefox 50.0.2. Hope this helps.

    Enjoying getting to know Affininty Photo and watching the supporting videos. Sometimes though I just want to quickly look something up using the inbuilt Help. Please can the AP for Windows Help work as the AP for Mac Help does.
