Look again. The only way that could be the wall is if he had a hole through him. It is part of the uniform ... the lapel to be exact which is bent giving the illusion of a separate color. The purple part is the inside of the sleeve. Please look closely at the black and white version. Detach and ZOOM IN.

If you drag in or out by the corners, it scales. If you hold shift while doing this it scales from the center. - if you hold ALT it will scale to the opposite corner. The handles on the sides will change the pictures dimensions. Control Alt and Shift also have similar effects on the side handles; just play with it a bit You can resize all your images before you start with the FILE / NEW BATCH command. You can also make a new document for your banner in the exact dimensions and use the FILE / PLACE menu option to exactly put the images where you want them. A Facebook cover is 850 X 315 for example. Make a new document to size and try the Place command

Is not animation an entirely different ballgame? You really need a specialized tool for that. The only one that had that put together was JASC the original developer of Paintshoip and the companion Animation shop. At that it was a separate program although it integrated with PSP nicely

If you want to just create web pages, Serif's WebPlus is a bit clunky but will do a good job. There is also the free OpenElements
